Making Norwegian Pancakes in a blender is a great idea (they have a crepe like batter) however, NEVER leave the batter in the blender with the lid off. If I do, my little 3 year old (Josh) may come by and turn on the blender and batter will fly all over the place making a HUGE mess, leaving Josh crying in the middle of it and I will probably be too upset to find my camera and take a picture of this now very humorous event!
The pancakes were delicious though! ;o)
